General Clause:

Orders submitted online are subjected to confirmation. Our Customer Service Agent will contact you to verify and confirm the order in due course.

Food is best consumed within 3 hours for regular buffet with warmers, and within 1 hour for mini buffet in disposable containers.

Delivery Charges and Payment Terms:

A surcharge of $30 – $50 is applicable for delivery to venues without lift landing.

Delivery charges

  1. Standard rate of $50
  2. Delivery charge for Bento set is at $35
  3. Free delivery for order for 50 pax and above. Applicable only for Standard full and mini buffet.

A surcharge of $10 is applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) and Central Business District areas with first 2 digits Postal Code starting with – 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19, 22 and 23.

Full payment to be collected upon delivery, unless otherwise stated. For cheque payments, please cross the cheque and have it payable to Hawkers Pte Ltd

Cancellation Clause:

Upon confirmation of order our agent, customers who wish to cancel their order have to do so by giving at least 4 working days of written notice in advance, via email.

50% of the total cost of the order is chargeable if order cancelled 3 days before the delivery date and 100% if cancel one day before the delivery dates.

Note:

All dishes are prepared by the respective Hawker chef that is specially selected and we reserved the right to the use of other hawker chefs of equivalent culinary skills without prior notice in unforeseen circumstances, e.g. unscheduled stall closed, food quality issues, etc…
